How to read this
- Capture moves with arrival volume and can run high (one check-in may dine several times across a stay). % of covers is the steadier share-of-diner read.
- Sessions: breakfast 06:00–11:59, dinner 17:00+. Total covers = SevenRooms reserved covers (COMPLETE), diner areas only. Manchester dinner reads low — its guests skew to breakfast.
- Weekly grain. Daily drill-down loads once the SevenRooms detail is ingested. WK33–35 await their exports.
